Founding Partner
Kevin Weisser dedicates his practice exclusively to first-party property insurance litigation on behalf of policyholders. Before representing homeowners and business owners, Kevin spent years defending some of Florida's largest insurance companies, gaining invaluable insight into carrier claim handling practices, evaluation methods, and litigation strategies.
Today, he applies that experience to help insureds pursue the full benefits they deserve under their policies. Kevin earned his Bachelor of Science in Building Construction from the University of Florida before receiving his Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern University.
Sapir Elazar
Managing Partner & Co-Founder
Sapir Elazar's practice is devoted entirely to first-party property insurance litigation on behalf of homeowners. Before co-founding WEK Law, she worked as a consultant advising hedge funds, private equity firms, and asset managers on regulatory compliance, bringing a strong analytical and strategic foundation to her legal practice.

Lidor Kantor
