Justin Dant is the Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Soderburg Roofing & Contracting, where he has led the organization for more than a decade with a focus on operational excellence, ethical leadership, and customer-first service. Since founding the company in 2013, Justin has guided its growth from a local roofing operation into a multi-market, full-service general contracting firm serving Residential, Commercial, and Multi-Family clients across Colorado, Missouri, Kansas, Wyoming, and Nebraska.

Under Justin’s direction, Soderburg has developed deep expertise across a broad range of services, including roofing, siding, gutters, windows, maintenance, and 24/7 emergency services. On the commercial and multi-family side, the company specializes in complex roofing systems such as TPO, EPDM, Duro-Last, BUR, metal, stone-coated steel, and shingle systems. This technical depth allows Justin to bring a practical, contractor-informed perspective to industry conversations around scope, quality, and claims accuracy.
